BAS (Building Automation System) Project Manager – Manage projects sold and work with other mechanical contractors, estimate bid plans, work closely with customers, architects, and engineers, attend project construction meetings, etc.
BAS (Building Automation System) Sales Engineer – Estimate bid and sell controls construction, service, and PM management agreements, drive brand sales like Carrier, Honeywell, and Johnson Controls, routinely call and maintain or strengthen relationships with existing Applied Controls systems customers, attend chief engineers meetings and different social events to represent Applied Controls, drive service sales, etc.
Sales Engineer – Engineer HVAC, refrigeration, piping, and electrical systems including all items necessary in the pre-contract phase, service and provide support to contact, support customers to maintain high customer satisfaction, create new sales leads, attend sales meetings, conventions, and trade fairs, develop project schedules, negotiate pricing with our partners for all new and renewed customers, etc.
National Account Coordinator – This role is vital to the success of Air Comfort’s national service account program. All incoming requests for service need to be addressed immediately while keeping Property and Facility Managers (our Clients) in the loop regarding ETA’s, quotes, return visits and all pertinent information for their sites. A good working relationship must be maintained with our Sub Contractors. We require a timely response to our requests for service, quotes, repairs or installations. At any time deemed necessary a replacement Sub Contactor may be required and put in place. All processes from start to invoicing are handled by the National Account Coordinator. Must be familiar with all National accounts’ needs, processes, and portal access.
